WOW what a way to get yourself attention. Cutting, to my knowledge, does not keep one alive but rather usually leads to suicide. Get yourself some serious help.

Why are you cutting yourself? Your skin is designed to keep stuff on the outside. When you cut your skin, you let stuff in. While your body is strong it can handle most of what gets in through the cuts. No big deal. Just unattractive scars. What happens if something gets in and makes you sick? Bad scars. Bad medical experience. The medical folks start to conspire with the legal people to deny you your civil rights.

It is OK to feel upset. We all feel upset from time to time. Acting in self destructive ways like cutting yourself is a poor choice. Waiting for the feeling to pass while trying new behaviors that do no harm are more likely to give positive life results.

It is always true that if you dislike how things are in this moment, you can choose to do something different. Trying new behaviors will increase your social skills and the the reasons you feel like cutting yourself will diminish.

Instead of trying to control your life by cutting and deciding that pain is ok if you do it yourself, learn to control your MIND. Controlling your body is easy, it's a cheap way out and it doesn't help in the long run.

Meditate, learn self hypnosis, learn astral projection and lucid dreaming. Turn your brain from an enemy into your best friend. There's a million ways to do it, and they are all worth it.

Find Jesus, find Buddha. Become a scientologist for crying out loud, but don't just be another wasted bright girl who cuts.

Try this for 20 minutes a day for the next month.

Lay down in a quiet room, close your eyes, and take slow deep breaths. make each inhale and exhale last as long as you can.

First say to yourself "I feel my toes relaxing." and they will. Then say "I feel my ankles relaxing" and they will. Go all the way to the top of your head until you reach the top of your head.

Imagine that as you exhale that red smoke it blowing out your mouth as you exhale, taking away all the stress with it. As it goes out of you, you'll feel your body getting lighter.

Just lay there, calmly breathing, blowing out the stress, for about 20 minutes.

There's better ways to cope, and far more interesting ways to be.

Cutting yourself no matter how deep or how often is a bad thing. If you continue on this path you need to seek medical attention Believe it or not a doctor can help this situation. You are not the first one to do it nor the last but you can make it better for yourself.

This is one thing I have never understood. How can you feel better? You really need professional help and soon. There is light at the end of this tunnel. Don't hurt yourself to feel pain or to feel alive. There are other ways of doing that.

i know how you feel but you reallly need to stop! when i feel like that i sit in a corner and dont move until that feeling is gone. or i call my bf and ask him to stay on the fone with me until i know i can be by myself and ill be fine. it is hard to stop but you need to find a way to. you will feel like you have no control of anything after but cutting is a bad way of control. if you have that feeling at times it is better just to cry to let out the stress than to cut. please i care about you, so please stop cutting!!!

As creepy as this sounds when i'm very angry i just stay in bed and sleep, i do society a favor in a way because i'm angry and feel like to yell / hurt people. So i sleep and have happy daydreams, it stops me from achieving but it makes me feel better and i don't hurt anyone.
