Yeah. You do.

Start eating regular meals, regular portions at each meal, or your body is going to start digesting its own organs for protein, and that means your heart, lungs, liver, and muscles. Is that what you want?

Sounds like you have a problem. If you eat sensibly you will be OK. You don't just wake up one day and feel fat. You are probably getting your period and feel bloated. Find out what your ideal weight is for your height and go by the scales, not what you see when you look in the mirror. You need to eat 5 times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner and a healthy snacks in between meals. This will level out your blood sugar and you will probably lose weight doing that. A good diet is the South Beach Diet. Eat the smaller meals more often and you will not be dizzy. When you deprive your body of food, it shuts down. That's why you are not having bowel movements. You body is scrambling to hold on to everything because it does not know when or if you are going to fuel it again with food. Food is fuel and if you use it wisely your body will flourish. If you deprive your body of what it needs, your hair will fall out and your fingernails will get brittle. Your skin color and tone will change for the worse. Please eat and take care of yourself. YOU are the only YOU that you have.

Eat healthy and run, cycle, and lift light weights. You will feel great and have control of what you look like. Women burn approx 1750 calories a day, so buy a road bike and ride it for an hour a day four or five days a week. You will burn about 800 calories per hour. 3500 calories in a seven day period will lose you one pound of fat, so you can do the math. Just make sure you eat regulary as that is what keeps your metabolism working correctly. Stay away from fast food. Eat chicken, fish and vegetables... You will be fine... Also make sure you eat a high fiber diet. Whole Grain bread, Oatmeal, etccc this will help you clean your system. It make you poop a lot, which is good for your body.

This is reallllyyy serious. Even if your mom doesn't believe you, somehow you need to convince them to get you to the doctor. If they won't do you have a relative or friend's mom or dad that could take you? Many people that have binge eating disorders can't stop themselves with out someone else, but if you want to try on your own, when your going to have that 5th cookie go up to your room and call a friend to distract yourself. The next day stay away from that 5th cookie and that 2nd glass of soda. Stay like that for a couple of days, and take away something else, and do something else like play a family game, or play your Nintendo DS. or what ever until your down to a balanced sized snack.

it sounds like the beginning of bulimia. which is bad what happens is if you starve yourself your body will go into survival mode then when you eat your body will store the calories much faster and then you will gain weight. you should be eating 4-6 small meals a day which will keep your metabilisum going fast and burning calories and fat if you need any more guidance go to www.pyramid.gov or you can contact me

Dude! What's your weight and height? Just eat some easy going stuff for now like fruits and veggies, fish, drink WATER, take long long hikes. You may can knock what you think is a disorder.

Sounds like it to me! #1: Do NOT compare yourself to other people, because everyone is different. #2: You will KILL yourself by doing this. This is serious and not worth torturing yourself over because you are worried about what everyone else thinks about you... Who gives a flying flip on what other people think. Because, after all, you will never please everyone, & opinions are like asses, and everyone has got one. Don't be so hard on yourself. Try to find a few things you DO like about yourself. My sister-in-law was an anorexic, and now she is 35 with osteoporosis & a really bad heart problem from it...

you definitely could be. starving yourself is the worst thing you could do. your body needs food. you just need to eat normally and exericse. cut sugar, extra fat (your body needs some fat), and salt and eat food. your body needs food to survive. if you are doing this regularly you really need to get help.

I can tell you that what you are doing is very dangerous and you could cause problems that will haunt you for years. this just isn't the way to go about it.

don't make any diet changes without medical supervision.
