I have canned tuna, tuna helper (no milk), ice cream, bagels, string cheese, merrita sliced bread, 2 slices of american cheese, ritz crackers, 3 perogies, a jar of alfredo sauce, animal crackers, various pasta, mashed potatoes and gravy, and salad stuff that's been open for 3 days.
that is all of the stuff I have in my kitchen right now that didn't make me sick by looking at it.

today I already ate a slice of chicken, bacon, ranch pizza.
the next three things have been pretty much all I've been able to eat lately...
mashed potatoes and gravy.
apple sauce.
lemonade.
and that's it.

please help me decide

my magazines and books say that light tuna is ok as long as I don't eat more than 6 oz in a week. It's low in mercury and the doc says it should be ok. Is there a reason why I shouldn't eat it? I've been considering staying away from it anyway just because I've heard that no type of seafood is good during pregnancy. Luckily I haven't had any since I've been pregnant. thanks everyone. :)

You need to make sure you get some calcium in your diet. Pregnant women need about 1500 mg calcium per day in their pregnancy. The calcium that's in the cheese on pizza isn't enough for a pregnant woman. One serving might provide 200 mg. That's not even a fifth of what your body needs. You're getting some veggies with the potatoes and some fruit with the applesauce, but I'd say you need more calcium and more protein more than anything else. Cheese would satisfy both of those needs.

I think I'd have gone with a pasta alfredo, salad, and a half bagel with a slice of melted American on it. I'm not even pregnant and it sounds pretty good!

Your infant will possibly be born with a low start fee meaning that there must be well being issues (the two actual and psychological). My prenatal yoga instructor recommends eating around a hundred g of protein an afternoon. maybe communicate with some friends or relatives who can take you to the food market instead?
