What was the web site where you can post your neighbor that has been cruel to animals? My f***ed up neighbor just took out 4 dogs in Dunlap Tn.

I'm so sorry about your dog and the other 3 dogs! Poor Babies! How very sad! If it was me, I would report it here:

I don't know and I never heard of a website, but if you suspect or have proof that your neighbor killed your dog and has a history of killing dogs you should speak to your local police department and even the ASPCA.
