Barnes and Noble, Books A Million, and or B.Dalton, all are national chains, with web sites. You can either visit the stores and request a copy, which they will either have, or can order for you, or you can order on line. Good Luck

If you have a good bookstore, say, a Barnes and Nobles, nearby, see if they can order it. They carry a large variety of subjects, and can probably get almost anything!
