At 18 weeks? She has a lot more growing to do. Size-wise, probably halfway. But still a good 5-10 lbs more to go I'd think! I'd say you'd be close to full-grown around 9-10 months old.

Hard to say without knowing more about your kitten. What breed is she? If she is a Domestic, as in mixed breed, non-pedigreed cat, she is probably about half grown, maybe slightly less. If she is a pedigreed cat, then it really depends on the breed. Some of the older breeds don't reach their full growth until they are two years old or so, and even that has exceptions. If she is healthy and happy, that is what is important. purrs

I'd say a 4 1/2 month old kitten is NEARLY at ''half'' the adult size, but a little less.

Look at her feet and her head and compare their size to her body. She will continue to grow until her head and feet look like they belong to a body her size and then she grows just a little more and stops.
