96 dodge caravan horn relay?

the horn stopped working in my van, i checked the fuse its fine
the wires all look good including the horns. i cant seem to find if there is a relay. please help any info will be greatly appreciated.

is your airbag light on, could also be the clock spring

The relay should be located close to your turn flasher or in the fuse box. It is probably a small plastic box that plugs in.
