I'm pursuing a bachelor's degree at a public university, so mine is at RM28,000. B.ED (TESL) - Bachelor's Degree in Education (Teaching English As A Second Language) for 4 years.

Repayment of the student loan is exempted for first class honors degree or a cgpa of 3.5 - 3.7 and above.
(depending on the course). The student loan will be converted into a scholarship instead.

Repayment is usually 6 months after graduation or when you get a job (whichever is latter) for a period of 2 - 10 years.
