i heard somewhere there are techniques of chi gong that can do in sleep, or some kind of posture in sleep that can help you become healthier, if anyone knows this techniques, please share with me if u want to

I don't know that particular technique, but one that I have heard of that works for me is this.

In your mind lay out in front of you a large piece or black velvet cloth. In the center of the cloth place a perfectly round white pearl. Concentrate on the pearl, its rainbow of colors and see it as it sinks into the soft velvet cloth. Dwell on all aspects of the difference in color. Sleep comes with deep concentration.
