I'm 24 weeks pregnant and was raped. I'm 14 and a teen mother and proud of it. Abortion wasn't for me but I don't agree with taking the right from others. Why do people assume that we hate kids and everything to do with them? Or that I will raise my kids to hate Christianity and everything to do with it? Can't we just get rid of all the religious and pro choice/pro life hate?

Pure stupidity.
And the whole idea that if you're not a Christian that you hate Christians comes from a verse (that's in the New Test twice) "If you are not for us, you are against us".... of course they completely ignore the 2 verses that says "If they're not against us, they're for us". It's psychological bullshit, in my opinion. They don't even know what it is they believe, but they want everyone else to believe it. (Those who use this tactic).
I wish we could get rid of the hatred between the differences of opinions... but people have to have their ego's stroked and if you won't stroke it for them, then they turn on you. A shame, but the more I'm in here, the more I see how true that is.
I'm sorry to hear that you were raped =( But you should feel proud of yourself for being so strong in having the child/children (twins??? good luck! ) =) I wish you all the luck in the world and then some. They're lucky to have a strong mother such as yourself.

It makes them feel better to vilify others.
Rather than allow others to live the life they wish, these people want to impose their own beliefs on others.
In part, it may be because they don't want to admit that others can be just as happy living a life differently than others. That's especially true for those Christians who assume that non-Christians are not moral. It really says a lot about those Christians; they view God as a leash instead of freedom. So, when non-Christians "flaunt their freedom" without the leash of God, then they get upset and insult the non-Christians.

Two children by the age of 15! I hope You get oodles of help from Your support net, extended family, significant other, AND the politicians who are currently arguing over how much health Your children deserve to have. I hope the rapist isn't someone You can't get away from.
For the sake of Your girls, take care of Yourself, too. And when the time opens up, get Your GED if this has forced You out of school for now. Do it for THEM as much as for Yourself, little mama. God Bless.

I am a Christian, and people automatically think I am a creationist and many other things. I think we need to learn more about each other. That's one thing I like about Yahoo answers.
