Long time ago.
Now I don't argue. I state what I know to be true, then let the fundamentalists give me all the thumbs-downs they can muster. I like to think that for each one they give me, I get an an extra room in my mansion in heaven. :)

I get tired of arguing... but I never tire of debating. I view these two things as different. I can debate with even my closest friends without actually arguing (such as throwing insults or talking down to each other)... and I can still remain on good terms with people I debate with. Of course, debate can lead to arguing (and often does in here) but when I get tired of the arguments I simply read over the questions and answers and refrain from answering for a while.

They shouldn't argue with you, they might't rigidity you to have faith something which you do not want to, yet while they're Christians (which i'm guessing they're because of the fact they reason the main issues) they'll proceed to objective and convert you, that's their way. My advice is to easily smile and forget approximately them while they're speaking approximately you burning in Hell and such, not something bugs them greater XD Goodluck :) From a woman with a diverse faith then maximum

It can be frustrating, but I try to keep two things in mind when debating people about religion:
1 Peter 3:15-16 "Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience...."
And 2 Timothy 2:24-25 "And the Lord's servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be kind to everyone, able to teach , not resentful. Those who oppose him he must gently instruct..."
If I can keep those two things in mind, it's not too bad.

Yes, I am rather tired, as I am unable to find those who would have an informed discussion from an objective point of view.

I don't argue. I discuss. I make my point and back it up. Let the others wear out their keyboards arguing.

Argue? I love to discuss the Bible and state what it says. There is no argument from me, I let the Bible do the arguing.

I don't really argue. I state my opinion. One can take it or leave it.
