Ok so I have a friend who has a 50" Toshiba plasma screen TV. He accidentally knocked the plug out of the back of the outlet. Now that I plugged it's back in it's cycling threw blue, green, and red. It's not his TV and he doesn't know what to do. Help?

Removing the power cable should not cause any problems.
Maybe you did not put it back correctly.

take it out, and put it back. Make sure it is properly attached.

Knocking the plug out shouldn't make it cycle red green blue...

Bring up the menu first and see if it's normal, if so look on the back of the TV set and make sure the Cables are properly connected to the correctly colored connectors....

Lastly, UNPLUG the power cord from the TV set and any CABLE/Satellite box for 5 full minutes....it may be the software needs restarted on one or the other.....
