I've been very tired lately, and have started stuttering, could it be from being so tired? I'm at the point of tiredness that I don't want to sleep because I know it won't do anything to help my sleepiness.

I get over 12 hours of sleep, I do drink a lot of water, and I never have caffine.

Being tired probably is not the cause of the stuttering. Stutterers do stutter more when they are tired. Perhaps you have always had a tendency to stutter, but have only started stuttering due to being tired. Your feeling tired even though you get 12 hours of sleep could be from allergies, a lack of enough vitamin B, or something else. Contact your doctor for a physical. He is the best to determine what is wrong and how to fix it.

why would sleeping not help your sleepiness? get your full eight hours of sleep. drink lots of water. don't eat before sleeping, this might cause you to wake up. don't drink caffeine. good luck.
