Frozen individual portions, very well wrapped in saran (so that every bit of the surface is touching the wrap),works just fine. The only (small) thing is,that the defrosted dough is a little damp/wetter than when it went into the freezer. When you thaw it, take it out the night before and put it (still wrapped) into the fridge.

You can actually purchase frozen dough so likely you won't have a problem but you never know with packaged kits. What you might try is a test of the theory by making up one, freezing it and thawing it the next day to see if it will work. If it doesn't you will know in time to fix the problem and get something else.

I think I would parbake them (bake 3/4 of the way) then freeze. Thaw, add toppings (which are cooked, you're basically melting cheese) and finish baking at the party. And congrats for not ordering delivery!

Pizza dough can be frozen. Just make sure you get it out in time to thaw completely.

You can freeze it and it will still work. Just like anything though, it isn't quite as good as when you make it fresh. It also seems like the crust is a little less flakey once you freeze it.
