Communism teaches that the state is the ultimate power, authority and responsibility... So I guess the first 3 commandments from Moses would be a good start.

Quite the contrary.
Act 2:44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
Act 2:45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all [men], as every man had need.
Act 2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

Well for example the Bible says it's sin to violate the private property of another, while communism recognizes no such boundaries.
Ex 20:15 "You shall not steal."
Ex 20:17 "You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his manservant or maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor."
Likewise generosity is encouraged, as opposed to communism which steals from people (forced "charity" is no charity)
2Co 9:7 Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver
