Oh by the way the other poster offering you PhotoshopCS3 free is wrong, it is not free and requires a code key as well as the cd.
Steer Clear of anyone offering it free, It is Not Free and I doubt it ever will be. If they offer it it is Pirated Software and is against the Law.

No. Paintshop professional is Corel and Photoshop is Adobe. They make their purposes otherwise so there is no compatibility between the two community records. different than in the prevalent codecs like png, jpg, tif, etc.
