My 3 year-old female mini aussie is really nice and social, only when it involves me touching or even talking about other dogs, she gets so jealous and jumps up to my face to lick it and say "don't forget about me!" this is really annoying! How can I fix it! It just recently started happening, and now it gets really aggrivating! HELP!

I have been a dog owner for a long time and I don't care what anyone says, they do get jealous. Furthermore, it is likely that it is a control issue. You need to make it clear to the dog that you are the boss and she is not allowed to do that. She thinks it is ok if you keep letting her do it. Look her in the eyes and sternly say No every time she does it and never give her any attention when she does the behavior you don't want her to. Also, when she does what you want her to do reward her with treats, praise her and give her a lot of attention.

Dogs do not get jealous. It is a very complex emotion they are not capable of. What you are seeing is her dominating you and letting other dogs know you are hers.. Some training is in order to let her know YOU are the boss and will not tolerate that from her.

my dog gets jealous. i work at the doggy camp and sometimes i bring her when i work.. one day.. i was sitting on the floor and when another female dog came to kiss me,,, my dog got mad.

just ignore the kisses and make her sit instead of jump on you. or walk away.
