As a way to tell someone they didn't want to actually sleep with them?

I think a loser guy possibly used that excuse with me, either that or he lied about doing sexual stuff (but not vaginal sex) with 10 other girls when he didn't do a thing.

The guy claimed to like me but he spent most of the time playing Halo and ignoring me, and made comments about my body, he looked and acted like a complete nerd, I never liked him.

I've noticed ever since I gained weight most of the guys (when it does happen) are fat, nerds :( I did have one hot, army guy get interested in me, but just for a few days when he was living with my neighbor but other than that, no love. I got sort of desperate :(

I know I'm pathetic.

Captain Troll, don't envy me, most of my friends seem to be online anymore. I'm not a going out person, I'm unlucky in love all the time :( and even the friends that I know, I only have online contact with.

Well the truth is if a guy is sexually active or has been in the past chances are yeah, he said that because he didn't want to have sex. I am a little overweight myself and I have found that it is usually girls who are strange or have some issue. No "normal" women seem to even notice I am alive. So I am either really ugly or cute face and me being overweight is a deal breaker for them. I have even seen girl who were interested from across the room until they came over and I stood up. So I think it's my weight, though I think I am cute, and have a wonderful personality. None will get over the "fat thing" I mean I am not huge, but I have a belly. So when they see that it goes from you are so cute and funny to you are such a good person, you are a true friend. So to answer your question yeah some guys will use the I am waiting until marriage. Welcome to hell!! Sorry sweet heart! =)

I suspect most folks draw a distinction between "fooling" around and intercourse.

I would have died for my 1st love, who wanted to be a virgin prior to marriage. I freaked when things got out of hand one night. I refused, so she could keep her honor; plus we had no protection.

So, it can happen, though obviously not in this case.

So.... I don't get it. If you never liked him, why would you entertain the idea of sleeping with him?

I've heard of people claiming to be gay to avoid sex, but never "I'm waiting til marriage."

Well, if "he looks and acts like a complete nerd, and you never liked him", then what's the problem?
