Help asking a girl out?
I am 14 years old. My crush has a 1 day difference birthday with me. She talks alot to me in social studies. A couple people know i like her, and im not sure if she does but someone put it on her myspace. I am a little overweight and never asked someone out before, and she talks to me in anything first. I talk back to her, trying not to show i like her, but when i get home i want to ask her out the next day, but i chicken out. No time to ask her by myself, and i don't like askin my friends to do it. I really like her, for her mind and body. She might be just a little bit outta my league. She hasn't gone out with anyone since last year. We have alot in common. Should i ask her out? How?

you need to get her alone with you, or on MSN or something. that way she can feel free to reject you without consequnce. if she rejects you, dont cling to her say 'fly little bird, fly'.

Ya know what, you only live once! What do you have to lose? Nothing. Give it a shot~ you can pass her a small note asking her to be your girl friend. Or write something cute or funny in the note. Or try to catch her in the hall way, and just ask her casually. She does talk to you all the time, and she begins the conversations, right? Just ask her =)
And, if she says no. Well then, never ever let it show that it bothers you. You're really young, so you have a lot of other girls and chances ahead of you. And this can just be "practice" (for the next time).
good luck!

Instead of a 1 on 1 date, next time a group of friends gets together ask her to come along. Then she won't feel intimidated by you and you'll have others around so you'll both feel more comfortable. Ease into it as it sounds you are both new at this. Offer to sit with her at lunch in school and get to know each other. Maybe she's waiting for you to make the first move.

If you talk to her anyway, You should just ask. The worst thing that can happen is she say's no You don't need a no one else around deal, just ask when she's talking to you like normal, Take a deep breath and the words you've been practicing come out first , be prepared to answer where and take it from there. Unless a girl is mad at you , they normally don't get hostile You Know that you don't like not asking, so ask.

I don't think your weight really matters. I know a hot chick at work that is married to a really overweight guy. It's all about confidence mixed with being attentive that seems to matter, or something like that. Just do what you want, ask her whatever. If she doesn't respond, move on to the next girl.

I'm 14 , and I would say to make sure she's into you , then just invite her to the movies or to hang out , and flirt a lot , then tell her . Good luck hon.

Just ask her for something as easy as "do you want to go to" something going on at school, the town you live in,a concert etc...
All she can say is no or YES! maybe she will say yes.SHe may really like you too.Don't feel bad if she says no, just move onto the next girl that seems like a girl you could get to know.Good Luck!!!!!! I think you will do just fine :)

You'll never know if she likes you if you don't try. How about just something very small and comfortable like an ice cream or a movie date. Simply take her aside and say "I'd like to see this movie. (name it)......and wondered if you'd come with me on Saturday." She'll either agree or ask for another time. It's a good ice breaker. Good luck

yeah you should ask her out....man dont worry about being a little overweight if you are confident it wont matter....so what you need to do is go up to her and say, how much does a polar bear weigh? enough to break the ice. then go right into so what time should i pick you up to go to the movies on friday....she will have to give you an answer and it will so catch her off guard you will get the answer you seek. then see how it goes....most importantly dont let your friends do it you gotta man up and go for it

Start getting a group a friends together and go places and do something. As you become closer to her, as like a close friend, start making the group you tag along with smaller and then ask her if you both want to go to the movies together... alone.
