There is this guy at work (and no no policy against dating-in fact alot are married or dating there) Anyway he was at the point where he never even looked at me when I was around, even when he rarely speaks to me he looks elsewhere. I have been told he looks at me alot Hiding when he does it. I have a male friend there that I work side by side with and am close to him as friends. Anyway we were talking before the end of shift Friday and this other guy was hiding behind machines, looking down the line--anything to look at us. Earlier in the day another male friend that is friends with this guy and me asked me what I do for fun on the weekends. (The guy who asked is married) I think maybe he asked for this other guy..to give him some pointers. My question is: Is this guy interested? If not why is he so curious when me and my male friend are talking? And is he getting close to talking to me and or asking me out?? Craziness!! LOL

I forgot to mention that I did finally tell a mutual male friend that I kind of liked the guy--and he was acting all strange--around me alot and staring alot that day--so I think they told him--so he should know he has the green light to approach and will not get rejected.

It sounds to me like this guy is shy and may figure your out of his league. if you have feelings for this guy or just want to know if he is watching you for a reason. It's time you just go say hi and talk to him maybe if you break the ice first he will open up to you. If you are looking foir romance maybe the only thing you can do is go for it.
