The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.
If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't perfect.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely.
First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.
How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work 100 percent of the time?
It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.
One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.
Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.
If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.
If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.
How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.
Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.
If this is the case and we are perfect creations of a perfect God then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.
How likely is that????
Think about it.

It is solely by the working of the Holy Spirit in the heart of the unbeliever that a person can ever become aware of their sinfulness, which is necessary in order for them to truly repent, which is necessary for them to accept the salvation from their sinfulness offered by the Lord Jesus Christ.
So this essentially means that a person that has wholly and completely rejected the working of the Holy Spirit, essentially "kicking Him out" of their hearts through a blasphemous lifestyle of evil and wicked living with the intent of ridiculing or ignoring the Holy Spirit, then from where can conviction in this person's heart come? The Holy Spirit is not active there, and such a person has no hope of salvation. Without the Holy Spirit, they Can not find it in themselves to "repent and confess the name of the Lord."

Blasphemy is not a single act but a lifestyle. It's a state of total non-belief and consistent contempt for God. The actions of the blasphemer are then consistently blasphemous. They won't repent because they don't want to repent.
A single act or successive acts that are blasphemous don't necessarily describe the individual that won't have an opportunity to be saved. We were all blasphemers before Christ's intervention in our lives. However, God moved on our hearts, as He did with the apostle Paul. Salvation was the result.
Individuals that do not respond to the intervention of the Holy Spirit and die without a conversion to Christ are the textbook examples of a blasphemer.

I certainly have OCD too so mutually as your indications are greater severe I understand the place you're coming from. What you describe isn't blaspheming the holy spirit, so which you will loosen up on that regard. i does no longer call it a sin in any respect. Your ideas inflicting you to think of issues you do no longer want it to isn't the comparable as you questioning issues willingly. you're ok. i might upload, although, that in case you had certainly blasphemed against the holy spirit and have been damned then suicide would not particularly sparkling up plenty... through fact it basically sends you to hell quicker. that's illogical and that's how all of us be attentive to it is your OCD inflicting you to think of roughly this too. OCD is irrational. stay sturdy.

Blaspheming the Holy Spirit is exemplified by one who refuses to confess and repent, but insists that he owes no such thing to anyone ... even God.
That's why satan will never be forgiven for his sins.
God always keeps his promises. Some of us are just too proud to claim them.

Nope. Anyone who really blasphemes never repents or has a change of heart, that is the nature of blasphemy. Its like swimming out too far that you don't return. If you return you didn't really blaspheme. Its not too be tested, though.

You know there is alot of debate about what exactly this phrase means. Alot of people believe it means not accepting Jesus as savior. This would make sense in terms of the rest of the Word Some believe it was just during the time of Jesus, there are a ton of differing beliefs. Personally, I believe it is denying the Holy Spirit in regards to God's working in us here on earth through Christ. So unrepentance and acceptance of Christ before death would be necessary to avoid this sin. Gods peace to you.

That is probally the hardest question anyone could ever answer. The Bible does say blaspheming the Holy Spirit is the only unforgiveable sin.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Claim that verse. Key word all.

Confess the Lord and ask Him for mercy. I don't believe that you have blasphemed the Holy Spirit and the Lord is waiting for you to return to Him. Surrender your life to Jesus today.

You've misunderstood 'blasphemy of the Holy Spirit'. It's not cursing Him, it's rejecting the free offer of Salvation through Christ's Sacrifice. If you've repented, you can't have blasphemed the Holy Spirit of God.

One who commits the unpardonable sin has their mind altered to the point they will not repent.
Receiving God's Spirit in Scripture is defined as a healing. To throw it all away is to go back to having a "diseased" mind.
