I am going to go to a doctor, but I want y'all to throw out your opinions. I have been having a pulsating sensation in the right side of my upper abdomen. Right below my rib cage. I looked up that symptom and it said that is a sign of a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm. Did I survive a ruptured aneurysm? If not, what is that. It's like a heartbeat. I actually feel it popping up and down and pulsating. When I press on it, I feel a pulse. When I press down on it and cough at the same time, I feel something kind of ball shaped come up and once I let my cough go the ball shaped thing goes back in. Every time I cough it rises back up. What does this sound like to you? Am I going to live? I'm pretty sure I'm going to the doctor. I was also having severe abdominal cramps but they were not in the same spot as that pulsating sensation. Does this sound like something serious? Tell me what it is if you can.

I've also been real bloated lately. My stomach is like I have a little balloon in it. I can suck it back in.
