Don't worry. We're all staying behind.
So I suggest bottled water, store bought cookies, and a case of After the Rapture Mints:

"For those of us who aren't going anywhere." :-)
P.S. I think you'll be fine. Penguins chill out in ice water. No need to worry about fire or anything, you lucky bird. It's not like the antichrist is going on holiday to Antartica.

In the bible Jesus spoke about two being in a field where one would be taken and the another would be left. It has nothing to do with a physical rapture of the bodies leaving the earth. The one that would be left is the the lower nature of man and the other one the spiritual nature. Another is about being changed in the twinkling of an eye, this changing is the millennium which is upon us now.The Mayan calender prophecies this change will take place in 2012, who knows? Jesus said be ye perfect as I am perfect and greater things shall ye do because I go to my Father, and He was perfect here on earth. He would not have told us to be perfect unless we were not capable of being as He was.The physical rapture was not taught until the 1800 by a woman named by MacDonald. What is taught in the Bible is the spiritual changing of man and laying down the old man. So don't get your preparedness kit ready just yet, your not going to need it.

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.
According to recent studies made by World Bank, the coming crisis will be far worse than initially predicted. So if you're already preparing for the crisis (or haven't started yet) make sure you watch this video at http://www.familysurvival.tv and discover the 4 BIG issues you'll have to deal with when the crisis hits, and how to solve them fast (before the disaster strikes your town!) without spending $1,000s on overrated items and useless survival books.

In a moment, in a twinkling of an eye refers to the 2nd coming of Jesus at the last or 7th trump only!
There is no rapture, it is only believed and hoped for by biblically illiterate people who do not know that the anti-christ comes first at the 6th trump. They will be fooled into thinking Satan is Christ, they think he will be Jesus as Satan will perform many supernatural acts like bringing lightening down from heaven and he will also be claiming to be Jesus as he sits in Jerusalem. People all over the world will be amazed.
Jesus warned that the first sign of the end times will be deception. The rapture theory is deception. He also warned about fake preachers and fake christians.
Get out your bible and start to study it seriously and read. Over and over again, in Matthew, Mark, Luke, Revelation it states that Jesus comes AFTER the anti-christ and people will be fooled into thinking he is christ who will rapture them away.

There is no rapture...
If the Bible is correct and I believe it is, the ungodly are taken out first. As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the son of man....they knew not until the flood came and took them all away...the ungodly were taken away..
Also, the tares are reaped first and they are the children of the wicked one....the wheat is reaped last.....
You will not need a kit as Jesus is coming down and setting up his kingdom in Israel.....
ps: I am a christian and I know how to read and STUDY the
Bible to show myself approved unto God a workman who needeth not to be ashamed......

...all you'll need is the Power of Faith to believe in the Scripture... John, chapter 3 vs. 16 and accept the Salvation as outlined in Ephesians, chapter 2 vs. 8 & 9... and enjoy the trip ! (don't leave home without it)

LOL Being an Episcopalian, I don't subscribe to that theory, but it can't hurt to have a towel. If you're going on a trip, make sure you take a towel (thank you, Towelie). Also, take some trail mix. You might get hungry. ((((JMD))))

Forget it. It's going to happen so fast that the kit you had would be left behind. Don't waste you time with it, just some ole good advice.
