I am trying to download a driver and it keeps saving to my computer as an IMG file. What a I doing wrong?

It is for a Netgear WPNT834 wireless router. Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much.

A router doesn't need a "driver" at all.

What you're downloading are updated BIOS/firmware, and needs to be loaded to the router via the built-in update interface as documented in your manual.
