Probem with downloading latest version of Itunes?

I'm having trouble downloading the latest version of itunes everytime i try i get that windows error message from microsoft saying send report / don't send report. Can anyone tell me how i can download the latest version without loosing my huge itunes library. Thanks

You should be able to get itunes upgrades automaticly. If not just go to the Macintosh website and download the upgrades manualy.
