I need to cut weight for wrestling but I also need to keep getting protein. Is drinking raw eggs okay? Its alot better then scrambling them seeing as how you put oil on the eggs when you do that.

Also what has most of the protein in an egg, the whites or yellow?

do not eat or drink raw eggs, there is too big a chance that you will get sick.

Cook the eggs, you can boil them or poach them, do not use raw.

Buy a steamer - you can get them at just about any store.
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl. Add half a cup of water (or milk) and a pinch of salt (you can leave it out if you want). Put the bowl in the steamer and steam for about 20 minutes. You will get something like a bowl of really soft eggs. It's really yummy and nutritious.
You can also just make hard-boiled eggs.

don't feed the cat raw eggs they contain an enzyme called avidin, which decreases the absorption of biotin (a B vitamin). This can lead to skin and hair coat problems. Raw eggs may also contain Salmonella.

Ew. The thought of raw eggs disgusted me even when I ate eggs. God only knows what's really in conventional eggs, at least if you cook them you can possibly eliminate bacteria. Try things like beans and soy, much less likely to get things like sal manilla (sp?) and most tofu is organic.
