I am trying to insall a program on my P.C. but this error keeps coming up . How do I corrert it , THANk YOU

Okay so what happens when you close all running applications? Anyway it is just a recommendation - continue with the load if you have nothing running. If is still fails you may have to disable your anti-virus but be careful.

First of all, I hope your computer is working properly. I strongly urge you to create a system restore immediately before installing another program.
Then, I would make sure everything was closed, and go to the Control Panel, Add/Remove to add/install.
If you still have a problem, you might want to try installing from Safe Mode.
Whatever you do, please create a restore point first!

well, close any programs that you are running. You might also have the wrong download for your version of windows. Would help a little more if i knew what the program was.
