I don't suggest being schooled online. Most of the "schools" I've seen are uber-fluffy. There's one exception I can think of though... if you go to about.com and search "wicca", you'll find some newsletters. Now some of them you have to take with a grain of salt (once I received one that claimed the full Rede was that nonsensical poem about "bide ye the wiccan laws you must").
My biggest suggestion is to read serious books. wicca.timerift.net has a really comprehensive book list- including the books you should stay away from (you know the ones... Ravenwolf, Starhawk, etc).

Which path of Wicca do you wish to follow? I am currently taking coursed on witchschool.com and I did pay for the life membership (accessing all the courses this way) at their reduced rate (only in October.) and have found the courses informative. I know there are others, some you pay for others you don't. You pick and choose the path and what you are looking for before you take the courses and you will be fine. The membership from witchschool covers the costs of maintaining the website and keeping the classes going. Anyone who says free I would take a second look at since usually there is some charges tacked onto taking the courses (eventually). You get what you pay for is a good rule of thumb.

not because I need it (I've been Wiccan for 14 years), but because I'm evaluating their Beginner Wicca course to see if it's suitable for newbies. I'm still in the first lesson, but so far I've been impressed with the quality of their information.
(If you decide to take their course, I'd be happy to go through it with you and discuss the lessons via email, to give you a "real live" Wiccan's perspective.)
I'd advise you to stay away from Witchschool.com; the owner recently tried to sell the entire site, complete with confidential member information in their database, to the highest bidder. Given the ethics that demonstrates, I'd consider them a bad source for training of any kind. Also, some experienced Wiccans have serious problems with the content of their courses.

In my opinion your best bet is finding a face-to-face teacher in your area. One way to do this is through the Witches of the World section at Witchvox:

I believe Wicca to be as pretentious as christianity--organized religion is organized religion. The best way to do magic is to let your own spirit do whatever chant or ceremony you want to do--c'mon, do you really believe bad poetry make good spells? As long as you believe what you are doing will protect you, it will.

Most online Wicca classes are garbage. In fact, most Wicca classes for pay period are garbage, doing nothing more than repeating what you can find in any average Wicca 101 book.

Wiccan school? This is an oxy-moron, like Organised Mysticism, or American Diplomat.
Online is not necessarily the best way to master this subject matter.
The one thing the Universe does well is produce teachers on demand. Ask for one, and you get one. It tends to necessarily be a one to one relationship. Meditate and ask for an appropriate teacher.

I don't think such exist. If you really want to learn that stuff, you really need someone handy to make sure nothing bad happens.

the best way to find one is to go to a bible church and let the youth group know what your looking for, there will be some there that have been members not only will they let you know where it is they will also let you now how they got delivered from trees to the creator of the trees.
and also learn if there is anything you missed on being a true friend for that is the kind you will find at the youth group, not kids caught in a search to run from whatever, see some of the following=
