Does anyone know why 4kidstv dubs and changes winxclub?

why cant they just keep the original RAI version? The Original stuff is so much better! I have the turkish VCDs, and Turkey doesnt change it, so trust me, I know! They even change the theme song! WHY?!?! :(

Cuz it gives off subliminal death commands. Would chicken or ham change it?
