Perhaps it is what you wear to the interview? Perhaps it's in your attitude? How is your posture? If they ask for an email address, do you give them a cutsie sounding one instead of just one with your name? and I was going to mention the poor grammar of your lead in sentence as being the cause, but Bore already did.

A blunt response:

When an employer looks at your resume, they see YOU in print.

Without exception, it is 100%

Y O U R

responsibility to ensure that everything you put on paper is done at the very best level you can possibly do, in every way, and not a single mistake of any kind should ever appear on the resume.

Look at it this way: you literally have unlimited time to prepare the paper that perfectly represents YOU to the reader, and every employer knows this, so if you submit a resume that has mistakes in it, the employer immediately, and correctly, sees you as someone who can not be bothered to do what is necessary.

The wording of your question suggests you have acquired something above elementary school vocabulary, but you could not care less about grammar, spelling, or punctuation when communicating with others. Whatever the laziest means available is suits you.

This is guaranteed to see your resume go directly into the wastebasket of many employers/human resource managers. Most will never finish reading it.

This is because most employers would see you as someone who has no interest in working hard, or paying attention to essential details.

They would expect your work quality would not exceed the lowest standard.

Based on what you present here, that interpretation would be correct.

If you do manage to get an interview, and complete the employment application in the same way that you wrote the question, you would again present yourself for sacrifice, and offer them the knife to do the deed.

If you speak in the manner depicted by your question, you will likely be rejected unless the interviewer is of your own age and background and has little to no experience in hiring.

If you do not take a considerable interest in doing what is essential, and then do it
c o n s i s t e n t l y,
then you are going to fail.

That is it for bluntness. You may not like it, but it is truthful.

My suggestion is that you go to an employment agency, a well-recognized one, not an individual person who runs a small business. Ask to speak only with someone who has several years of experience with the firm. If they do not have anyone at that location, do not accept anything less, go somewhere else.

When you meet a person who has considerable experience at the same location, ask about their reputation, and then ask for their help.

Specifically, ask for help in resume preparation and how to conduct yourself in interviews. Ask about what will be expected of you on the job, and how you might be able to exceed expectations.

Listen carefully, then follow the advice you are given, and do it with a determination to succeed.

Lack of attention to detail would be my guess. I get 50 applicants when I advertise a position, and the initial screening comes down do the smallest details -- a typo in the resume, wrinkled clothes, failure to project while talking. It may sound harsh, but if an applicant can't get it all together for the interview, what will he or she be like after being hired?

Consider this:

How were you dressed?
Were you on time?
Did you make eye contact?
Were you fidgeting too much?

Go onto sites like www.monster.com and www.hotjobs.com and look at their interview tips.

The only real way to find out is to ask the person who interviewed you. I would call and ask. I would say something like, "I noticed that you went another way" or "I noticed that you chose another candidate." Then ask them something like "May I get your feedback for my next interview" or "What do you feel were my strengths and weaknesses?" Most people will be honest and tell you. You may not like what you hear, but at least then you will know what to do or what NOT to do on your next interview.

Hope this helps.

Good question...

Could be two things....

You haven't talked to enough employers and/or
Your interviewing skills need improving.

Just a guess.

First off, your question pretty much answers itself. Why can't you found a job? you mean "find" a job? If that's how you present yourself, there's your answer.
