illegal aliens, I'm not sure but by their looks I can almost be 100% sure. Anyhow its only a 1 bedroom house and I've seen 5 people come and go consistently for the past 3 months now. Is this illegal? for them to have to many people in one house, also the lady who stays there all day plays Mexican Music all day starting real early, its not that loud but I can hear it when I'm doing some gardening, is this illegal? I dont want to be mean but I was happier when a single guy lived there by himself, should I report them, I mean I dont know if any of what I mention is illegal.

You know what they dont bother me, and my neighboor has been a real nice guy through out the years, its just that he was having a hard time renting out the house and he just refinanced so his payment went up this is what the other neighboor told me.

If they get out of hand which they havent up until now then I will call the code enforcement, as for their legality, its not my business of job.

I am not sure what "a legal small house" is. You say you have seen 5 people "come and go", do you mean living there or coming and going? There are two people living in my house but if you were spying on me you would see more than 5 people coming and going.. my friends, my neighbors... now the music "not that loud" but you can hear it. I hear my neighbors in the hallways, in the parking lot and in the pool area so I am not sure what the problem is. Why are you so concerned when you have not said one thing that would even get most people to take a second look? Do you have a life? Maybe you need one.

excuse me but how do you "look" illegal? If the music or their parking is bothering you, you should go politely talk to them. I'm sure they'd be willing to work with you on these issues. if you can hear the music from inside your house then you could report them for noise ordenance but if you can only hear it when you're outside sometimes then it probably isn't that loud.
you sound like an ignorant racist. You should leave your neighbors alone & worry about yourself.

I agree, I too do in comparison to makeup. yet I disagree with the variety you're coping with the area.Telling her to stay some place else is extremely unreasonable and that could easily lead her into extra desirable worry, which on the day of judgment you would be held in charge for. ought to you floor her? properly that relies upon on the area, if she is rebelling and you sense that she is following the incorrect crowd i might floor her for her very own stable. even however if it became into in basic terms a one time factor the place she and her grandma have been having a sprint exciting then i would not stay over it. i might in simple terms make it sparkling that it is not something i might decide for her to be wearing on a customary foundation, fairly if this is heavy makeup. She's in basic terms 11 years previous, my suggestion is don't be too stressful or too undemanding on her.

The only thing you mentioned that is illegal is that people who are living there are illegals. (if in fact, they are - you are only assuming they are) Other than that, none of that is against the law.
If you live in a community where there is a home owner's association and the by-laws, having a multi-family dwelling is usually against the rule. That is, single house, single family. What you essentially have is an apartment.
Many cities have a noise ordinance, but they are usually limited to night time only, and it only applies to unusually loud noise.
You can't involve police just because you don't like something. You have to suspect something that is illegal before you can even begin to involve them. If you suspect they are not legal aliens, go-ahead and report them. Without some evidence to go on, they are not likely to do anything; however. Not being your likable neighbor is not against the law....
The best you can do is report it to the home owner's association.

Yeah ok....What will you say to whomever you call? I see people going in and out of this house and I THINK they might be illegal. Jeez I'm glad you're not my neighbor. I have a continuous flow of people coming and going here. Teens and friends all the time. Doesn't mean they all live here. Jeez

I'm amazed by your ability to tell someones legal status just by looking at them.
I don't think its illegal for that many people to be living in a small house. If you really, really, really think that something illegal is going on, then you do have a right to call the cops. They might just be normal people who are just trying to get by. If you do choose to call the police, and they do turn out to be illegal immigrants, be prepared to feel bad about it for the rest of your life.
If the music really bothers you, get some damn earplugs or something.
EDIT: Their son sounds pretty cool. You really need to get a life and stop spying on your neighbors all day. You wouldn't want somebody spying on you.
EDIT # 2: Do you mean YOUR parking or the cities parking? There's a big difference.

Haha you and me too buddy. Best thing, yell out "la migra". If they start running that means they're illegals and if you want to be nice about it, don't call the police about their loud music. Just keep yelling "la migra" everyday and they'll feel threatened and turn the music down. If they don't start running, then it's time to call the police! Putting too many people in one house is dangerous and a fire hazzard, therefore illegal. Playing music so loud is disturbing the neighborhood and certainly not contributing to the common good. This has worked for me, hope it works for you.

Wow, you can just look at them and tell they are illegal? Cool. And the fact that they listen to Mexican music...what could be more obvious?
Did you look under your house yet?
The current administration and it's fear mongering is alive, well, and working. Just like when we say commies on every corner in the 50s. You scare me.

i love the answers on here, all the Mexicans get all pissy because they don't understand that people with property tend to get bent out of shape when someone lowers the value of your home and neighborhood. grats to you Mexicans for sticking with your people even when they are wrong horray for blind stupidity. call the health dept or the cops. the sooner we Americans stand up for ourselves the better.

I don't think any of those actions you stated are illegal, unless you live in one of those weird states implementing some of the lamest laws anyone will ever know of. If you think they illegal, try reporting it.
