Bad breath is caused often because you haven't brushed and flossed well .If you don't keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they'll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of cardamom chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. You've got bacteria hiding in places you can't get to probably. Try rinsing with Listerine or something like it.
If you take any medications, sometimes they will make you stink.

You may need to buy a tongue scraper or get one from your dentist.

It could be those cavities, you won't know until you get them filled.

It may be due to lack of saliva in your mouth. From http://aches.in/badbreath.html
