You might lose some weight but if you eat a healthy diet you shouldn't. You will build muscle which may make you gain weight.

No, just eat healthy. You don't have to run, you can use the treadmill at an incline. That will do a whole lot better at strengthening your muscles in your legs than just walking.

u probaly will lose weight but if u eat well (not talking about chips and coke) ull gain the weight back
also it ahould be noteed that soing this will bring u to ur opotimum weight which just may be heavier or lighter
finally exercise is important u may be small but unheathy

running might make you lose a little weight, but you won't lose too much. you will also gain some lean muscle which weighs a little and if you strengthen your legs you will probably gain some more muscle.

I think that running is the worse exercise you can do, it doesnt tone you and its one of the only sports where people have died ie (marathons) and hasnt got banned. you shouldnt be rubnning in recovery to a slip disc anyway you need low impact exercises like the cross trainer

4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

I don't know if anything will make weight loose. Now some exercises will make you LOSE weight, but never make your weight loose.
