When someone is touching a certain part of my body... or at different times of the day... I see colors. My eyes will be closed and I will see colors.
I can make the colors change.. from blue to purple to yellow... whatever I want. I can make them change.
I have recently been told that that is my 'inner eye' and that I can work it so that it teaches me things.
Does anyone know anything about this? Or can anyone give me any resources to strengthening this?

Read "The Wisdom of the Mystic Masters" by Joseph Weed and also "How to Read the Aura" by Ted Andrews. They both have some simple exercises to help.
Play with your focus. It needs exercising to strengthen the way muscles do. Can you stop your thoughts? Try.
Close your eyes and try to see your left ear with your right eye and vice versus. Then try and look backwards. Attempts to change your perception will help strengthen your abilities.

Hello YAY!, may be those colors mean someone is ur friend or something? You can strengthen it by just focusing on it more.

The light trapped in the retina gets an imperfect Internal Reflection when you close your eyes.

the same thing happens to me but on my own maybe your brain is at a higher accuracy where it can process moods with color like a mood ring.

Some animals eyelids are clear and they can see thru them.
