Elevated white blood cells (leukocytes) can indicate an infection. The normal WBC range is 4,300 to 10,800 cells per cubic millimeter. Your results indicate 8,100. This is normal.

Red blood cells (erythrocytes) carry oxygen. Normal RBC for a women is 4.2 to 5.4 million cells/mcL (microliter). Your results indicate 4.78. This is normal.

You don't mention whether this was routine bloodwork or whether your physician was trying to rule out a condition, but your results are WNL (within normal limits).
