Eyebrows are tricky. Some hairs are slow to grow in, and others seem to pop up overnight, and you have to keep plucking them. A good rule is not to pluck the top hairs, as they are the ones that can really grow in slow. They will eventually fill in, but in the mean time you can camouflage the mistake with eyebrow pencil. Don't just draw a line, but rather fill in the blank space by drawing in little hairs, and then smudge the entire effect with an eyebrow brush. Good luck!

Take it from an ex-overtweezed junkie - it's just like Bo Peeps sheep. Leave them alone and they'll come home!
It may take a few more weeks, until they're nice and full again, but in the mean-time, as hard as it may be, DON'T TWEEZE!
If you have a few extra dollars to spend, and if you have a Nordstrom near you, get them professionally done at the Anastasia counter - absolutely THE BEST brow-waxing EVER!! Anastasia appeared on Oprah, and she's the "Eyebrow Artist to the Stars". The people who have been trained the Anastasia way will teach you how to shape your eyebrows perfectly for your face.
If you don't have a Nordstrom near you, you can still get the Anastasia look, but it won't be as convenient as the waxing. ULTA carries the Anastasia kits (also at Nordstrom but I think they're more expensive) and the kits have got these great stencils in them to help you shape your eyebrows and keep them maintained.
I've been in your shoes (or eyebrows) a time or 5 and BELIEVE ME, they grow back faster the first time you over-tweeze than the 2nd or the 3rd or the 5th. Don't make the same mistake I made (over and over) - learn it this time around! :-)
I hope this helps!!

months ago? wow. I would'a thought they would've grown back by now hmmmmm. I'd just let them grow and shade them in w/ some eyebrow corrector or whatever its called. I plucked mine to thin one time oh boy! that was bad. I don't wear makeup either so I had to leave it like that lol

Its going to take a few weeks, but in the meantime use a eyebrow pencil thats near to the shade of your exisiting eyebrows. Faintly add colour (don't do a hard line) you will be surprised how good it can look
