Atheists. They do good things without expecting a reward in return. Unlike Christians.

It is hard to generalize.
I've seen one atheist here who has said we all need to be sterlized, said that religious people's lives are worthless, and ridicules us at every opportunity.
I've seen so-called Christians who send out hate mail.
As I say, you can't generalize.
Some Christians are more compassionate than some atheists. Some atheists are more compassionate than some Christians.

I imagine that there are some Christians who are more compassionate than some atheists, and some atheists who are more compassionate than some Christians.
Both groups are comprised of humans, whose behavior and attitudes vary widely.

Compassionate relative to what? Whom? Define "compassionate": you know we live in an age where words have only the meanings that are convenient to the user.....

You can just classify all of Christians or all of atheists in a "compassionate or not compassionate" category... thats prejudice

It depends on the person. Generally speaking, atheists do not judge as easily, which would theoretically help with compassion ... but this really depends on the person; many theists are very compassionate.
