i want to lose 20-30 lbs
but its really hard
without having to buy anything
are there any types of exercises i could do at just like parks or at home to lose that weight in less than 4 months?

The single best exercise is walking. Try walking a greater and greated distance everyday, irregardless of weather or how you feel (but NOT if sick, have blisters, whatever). Also, try walking faster and faster. A person walking at 4 miles an hour burns much more than twice what a person walking 2 miles an hour.
Change your diet, you know, eat more fruits and veggies, less junk food.

You can do it!
