When my mom was young, she was kidnapped by the Pol Pot ( a war in the 1960s when the Viet invaded Cambodia) and they killed my uncles & my grandfather. After my grandfathers death,my mom said that she she saw him & he told her to go with these people and they gave her food and washed her. & i know shes not lying. Do you think spirits and come contact us on earth?

Spirits are the souls of people who have died. Sometimes they do contact other family members.
It's not an everyday occurrence, and one has to beware of those who say they can contact the spirit world any time of the day or night.
Most people will tell you that it can't happen but that is only because they also don't believe that we have immortal souls. So if your Mom was told to go somewhere through seeing the spirit of someone she trusted, did so, and it worked out exactly as they told her, I see no reason to doubt her personal experience.

Yes I believe that spirits can contact us, but most often is us who loose the ability to see or heard them. But I guess the tension of the moment made your mother to be in contact with your grandfather.I think maybe in future science will provide us a kind of "telephone" for speeching with them.

i also have a solid expirience

i moved to a different state halfway across the USA four years ago i left all of my family behind except for my mother father, brother, and two aunts. I go to my home state once a year to visit seven years ago my 5 year old cousin died in her sleep and i always go to lay flowers by her grave. when i was there we ment a man who walked through the woods daily and had loved the spot where my cousin was buried so he frequently stopped there to admire the scene and rest, he wanted to share the spot with his grand-kids so he brought them there and took a picture on my cousins bench. he later gave that picture to my aunt because there clear as day in the background was the hazy shadow of a little girl who looked just like my cousin.

Yes, I definetly believe they can. My grandfather died several years ago and he told my grandmother that he would find a way to contact her to let her know he was fine, my grandmother and myself walked into the backdoor of the house one night after playing bingo and he was laying on the bed with the moonlight shinning right on him from a window and he appeared to be asleep, i screamed, and my grandmother flipped on the light and he was gone. I was terrified, but my grandmother just said that it was pops way of letting her know everything was he was fine.

Yes I do believe it would have been possible for your dead grandfather to have appeared to your mom.

That was such a sad time in Cambodia....

Thats pretty interesting. As retarded as it may sound, I do believe ghosts can contact us if they have a strong enough will.
