i like pastas and stovetop meals not the ones from the box but putting some meat in the pan and adding some kind of sauce or spice to it works pretty well. with some veggies mixed in or on the side. fruit for dessert is good. i only realy bake things if i am baking bread or if i am bakeing dessert.

A good southern meal with lots of soul food -- pork chops, fried chicken, cole slaw, pinto beans, fried potatoes, cornbread and biscuits because ya gonna make gravy after ya fry the pork chops. Nice slice of apple pie for dessert with ice cream or whipped cream and caramel sauce on top. A gallon of iced tea with lemon to wash it all down.

Since I work all day I don't have a lot of time, so I use my crockpot at least 2 or 3 times a week. Throw meat, potatoes, onion, carrots, seasonings and it's done when I get home.
