I'm stuck running in my basement for like 2 hours just working out
It gets kinda boring after awhile
I want to enjoy myself when I'm exercising

Dance! If you have access to a pool, swim. Do anything that moves your whole body.

Do it the old fashioned way. Do about 120 pushups, 150 crunches, some squats, punch and kick a heavy bag for 5 to 10 minutes, and do a half hour of shadow boxing.

Neither i replaced into pregnant with twin i won ninety pounds I misplaced seventy two no longer doing that stuff it in simple terms positioned on and tear on u t make you in soreness like sore lazy and you start to procrastinate in simple terms consume precise and stroll common yet once you are able to connect a well being club consume much less carbs a minimum of end ingesting 3hours till now you bypass to mattress love ya

Go run outside, but watch your joints. Swimming is great exercise.

jogging's healthy and fun and take someone with you while u chat or do cycling which is good for the legs!
or go swimmining for the WHOLE body and take a person or people with u!
THERE IS SOO MANY WAYS!
