The problem with laser hair removal is that it really isn't permanent, and unless performed by a technician with skill and experience, the results can be disasterous, which is what probably happened to your friend. The dark spots are probably excess pigmentation, and what was used to get rid of it was either hydroquinone or kojac, but in prescription strength, not the stuff you can buy in catalogs or OTC.

The only way to permanently remove hair is through electrolysis, which is expensive, painful, and takes forever, since the hairs are removed individually. But this process, which is not new, incidentally, as it has been used for many years, should also be performed by an experienced cosmetologist or dermatologist.

Lazer hair treatments are very expensive and you keep having to go back so dont waste your money lol and dont shave because you will start getting stubbles and course hair so this is what i do.....put vaseline on the are you want your hair to be removed then buy a hair removing cream (on the label it might say dont apply on face but most girls do it anyways and im telling you the safe way to do it) apply it on and you can even cut the time in half if you feel like it then take it of and just so your skin wont get irritated apply calamine lotion or more vaseline or any soothing lotions there are like aloe vera gel (they even make after shave lotions for women so i consider that as well) so there you can save money and btw using hair remover cream lasts longer than shaving because it pick the hair from the roots

Temporary ways might be waxing , utilising depilator(hair removing) lotions or bleaching to lighten the hair. Permanent hair removing could also be performed through electrolysis(that's time drinking). The more moderen approach for powerful hair removing is laser treatment. It is speedy, risk-free and painless however it's pricey and calls for three-four periods two to three months aside. If hair progress is large and u are having immoderate weight obtain, abnormal intervals it's worthwhile to do a hormonal research after consulting a health care provider.
