I don't know why she even bothered saying that Dumbledore was gay.
The books were so filled with imagery, they stimulated our imaginations, and anything that wasn't expressly written were written in our dreams.
I thought of him more as a non-sexual being, and now feel as if the bubble has been popped.

Rowling made it quite clear that Snape liked girls... I mean he like Lily, and then old Voldy said something about getting him to desire "pureblood" witches or something like that...

it makes sense that dumbledore was gay..that's why he was so blind when it came to grindelwald.
snape was never gay...just tragically in love with someone who didn't love him.
