NO. It needs to be kept away from children AND pets, i.e not used in the house at all!
Get a spray from a vet. I highly recommend Skoosh in your case, because it's pesticide free. It's a new product, ask a vet if they can order it for you because I doubt many stock it yet.
Do you have any pets? If so, get something from a vets to treat them with, like Frontline.
Stay well away from any pet store stuff or 'home remedies' - it's not just that they're dangerous, they also don't work. So you'd be taking a risk for nothing.

Yeah, there are a lot worse things than Borax that are probably used in your house. As long as you vacuum after using it thoroughly it should be fine. Fumigating is MUCH WORSE and deposits tiny bits of chemicals that are far worse than Borax all over your house.

No, don't use it! It is poisonous and baby will get ahold to it. If you have a local Co-op or similar shop, you will be able to buy flea powder or some other pesticides that are not harmful to you or the baby. So look further before putting that down.

NO - it is NOT safe with a crawling baby!!
If you don't have pets, then I suggest using salt instead. If you DO have pets, then I strongly suggest getting them 'Advantage' from your vet, or you can order them online.

I'd talk to your vet, but if you don't want to, then I'd wait at least until your baby can walk.
