They could use tricks such as don't eat a large meal and don't drink a lot before starting your route. And if they have to go, they can stop at gas stations, grocery stores, fast food places like McDonald's or Burger King, family restaurants, bars, fire stations, police stations, or just about any other public building or school.

some of them are now walking their round for 4 - 5 hrs,so I guess they're hoping there's a public lavatory or a accomodating resident on the round.Who'll let then use the toilet

I suppose they can make a pit stop at any gas station or facility that had a bathroom.

They probably wait until their done or finish the a street then drive to the post office / local buisness and go.

you will have to ask the posty about this but there are plenty of shops that they deliver to and if its the country side then there are bushes to go behind

I don't know. Perhaps they should go before their route. And hey.... if you are going behind a bush.....make sure no dog is around...ESPECIALLY BOYS!
