No.

Christians can eat anything. Jesus said it.

"Are there some foods Christians aren't supposed to eat?" Yes, that is true.

Leviticus chapter 11 lists the dietary restrictions God gave to His people. These dietary rules were intended to apply to anyone whom wished to live the kind of healthy life God intended for man -- in spite of sin. Just as God does not change -- His Law does not change. If swine's flesh (etc.) was unhealthy for His people before the cross, why would that change after the cross? Christ did not die to make swine's flesh clean.

Some people think Jesus later declares all foods clean (Mark 7:18-23) but this is a misunderstanding of Jesus' intent. To be "defiled" means to become unfit for Heaven. What you put into your mouth, therefore, isn't that type of defilement. It is what comes out of the minds and hearts of men which truly defiles them. But, this does not change the fact that we should only put into our mouths that which will glorify God and His temple -- our bodies (I Corinthians 3:16; I Corinthians 6:19).

Some people also think these health rules no longer apply, as of the New Testement, because God gave the apostle Peter a vision in which He declares concerning formerly unclean animals, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean” (Acts 10:15). However, these same people ignore what Peter, himself, says both during the vision and later in Acts 10:28. In other words, the vision was symbolic and unclean flesh foods were still unclean.

Some people also try to claim that, when Jesus died on the cross, He put an end to the Old Testament law (Romans 10:4; Galatians 3:24-26; Ephesians 2:15). This is also a misunderstanding of God's Word (Romans 3:31; Romans 6:1,2; Romans 6:14,15; Romans 7:6-7,12-13).

Leviticus chapter 11 lists the dietary restrictions God gave to the nation of Israel. The dietary rules were never intended to apply to anyone other than Israel. Jesus later declares all foods clean (Mark 7:19). God gave the apostle Peter a vision in which He declares concerning formerly unclean animals, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean” (Acts 10:15). When Jesus died on the cross, He put an end to the Old Testament law (Romans 10:4; Galatians 3:24-26; Ephesians 2:15). This includes the laws regarding clean and unclean foods.

i don't have self belief there is something we are no longer allowed to consume , going by potential of Peters imaginitive and prescient. Acts 10:9-sixteen 9About midday the subsequent day as they have been on their adventure and coming near the city, Peter went up on the roof to desire. 10He became hungry and needed something to consume, and mutually as the meal became being arranged, he fell right into a trance. 11He observed heaven opened and something like a great sheet being permit right down to earth by potential of its 4 corners. 12It contained all varieties of four-footed animals, besides as reptiles of the earth and birds of the air. 13Then a voice advised him, "arise, Peter. Kill and consume." 14"particularly no longer, Lord!" Peter spoke back. "I certainly have never eaten something impure or unclean." 15The voice spoke to him a 2d time, "do no longer call something impure that God has made sparkling." 16This surpassed off three times, and on the instant the sheet became taken decrease back to heaven.

I'm not sure that pork is actually considered okay -- most everyone eats it though. I think that's OT.

I actually don't know. Catholics are still not supposed to eat meat on Fridays (thus the popularity of fish).

I'm mostly a vegetarian so I don't pay a great deal of attention.

Interesting question though. Thumbs up for not trying to start a fight!

We shall not eat BLOOD! Acts 15: 19 & 20

"Hence my decision is not to trouble those from the nations who are turning to God, 20 but to write them to abstain from things polluted by idols and from fornication and from what is strangled and from blood."-- Acts 15:19, 20
Those are the only modern dietary restrictions. Some countries eat blood sausages (sausage skin filled with blood, I believe).
To please God, though, we wouldn't eat such.

Jesus tells us to take care of our bodies somewhere, so I try not to eat too much junk food. Doesn't always work though :)

There are no specific laws that apply. However not all foods are beneficial, so I would avoid them unless there was no choice.
