i cant decide what to have for dinner tonight
a tin of mackeral in tomato sauce or a tin of sardines in sunflower oil
they are both sooo good :P

I like sardines......With the mackerel you would probably have a more filling meal.....I have never had mackerel from a can or in tomato sauce before.....Chances are that i would like it....I like trying new and different foods....

Kippered snacks are the best, I was a big fan for years of the tomato and oil sauces. Try kippered, very good/
