To answer your question simply, wearing your glasses or not will not make your vision get any better or worse.

Your vision changes because of physical changes in the eye. That cannot be caused by wearing or not wearing glasses.

All glasses do is focus the light in certain ways to help you see better...they don't change your vision.

You are probably myopic, and young, so there will be a few more changes in your myopia to come as you grow.

I could advocate going to an optometrist and having your eyes tested. If you do not wish to put on glasses, then seek advice from him/her approximately potentially getting contacts. You'll nonetheless desire a backup pair of glasses for those who get an eye fixed illness or are not able to put on contacts for a few purpose. There might be different disorders inflicting your eyesight to turn out to be worse, that's why it's encouraged to have en eye examination each 2 years or so. Lasik is in general now not an choice at 14 except your eyesight has been stabilized for the final few years, which does not have a tendency to occur till we're in our 20's. Eating distinct meals or doing eye excersises have now not been tested to honestly upgrade stipulations comparable to myopia (nearsightedness). If you must get glasses, attempt to discover whatever that fits you good. If you discover a first-rate pair of frames that spotlight your points, then you're going to appear simply as lovely with them as you do with out them.

No.

If you keep your glasses on even though you don't need them, at worst, you will feel motion sick because of the altered and bizarre perspectives your eyes are detecting. Blindness comes from genetic mutations, physical damage to the eyes, overexposure to bright light *Why you don't look directly into a solar eclipse*, and plain old wear and tear.
