Going on what you are saying and the information from the home office you can not unless you lived in the UK. Through the fact you were born there does not give you citizenship.
Follow the link for further information

You will not be classed as a British citizen even though you were born here. The chances of obtaining Citizenship are remote, and the Embassy will treat you the same as other applicants. It really is not worth considering but try if you must and see the British Embassy website and complete the application form (8pages) online make an appointment to visit the Embassy and the best of luck.

Sorry to tell you that from what you say you have no claim to British citizenship. The government website
http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/applying/nationality/advice/bn1?view=Standard
says:
"5. Will a child who is born in the United Kingdom on or after 1 January 1983 be a British citizen? (see Chart A)
A child will be a British citizen when he or she is born if one of his or her parents (see Note 4) is:
a British citizen (it does not matter how the parent concerned became a British citizen), or
settled here (see Note 5)
If neither of the child’s parents is a British citizen or settled in the United Kingdom, then the child will not be a British citizen when he or she is born."

Since both of your parents are Iranian & you were born (in UK but) after 1st of Jan 1983 you cannot claim British citizenship by birth.
There is no way you can have British passport but by going through naturalisation process, i.e by marriage to British Citizen or by working in UK legally for five years.

If you were born in the UK, then you should have a birth certificate. If not, you will need to get a copy from the registry office in the city you were born. Then contact the appropriate authority, which may or may not be the immigration service. You will have to ask someone else.

If your parents weren't British Citizens then you can not be a British citizen. Britain, unlike American, does not grant citizenship to people born in its country.
If you have an National ID card then you are a complete mug. I'm not going to get one of those voluntary cards as they do nothing put give thousands of people you information.
