As I understand it, plentyoffish.com is the only completely free dating site.

All the others let you sign up, create a profile and do searches for free, but then they ask for money before they will let you contact anyone.

I don't know ok cupid.

Coldcell, I met my wife on a site called FIndSomeone.com. At the time it was a free service but have heard that it now charges, although I cannot confirm this. Best of luck.
